Jeremy Simmons

I am a full time Pressman, full time husband and parent, and a hobby writer.

I spent my college years working with friends on various projects, from webcomics to video games, and each time I bit off far more than I could chew. I always dreamed far bigger than I or my friends could ever handle. Still, I couldn't set down what I had started, and I had a co-writer who stuck with me for the next decade as we built and polished an idea for a grand webcomic.

Unfortunately, time and money was never on our side, and I eventually chose to prioritise my life over my dreams.  I married, I got a job, I built a life. And so did he. We still had our project, but as time passed I slowly realised it would never be completed with the path we were taking. Neither of us could bear to let it go, but neither of us could spare the resources needed to make anything more than a dream from it.

But thanks to the advice and encouragement I recieved from others who recognised the beauty in the glimpses they got of our dream, I finally found the motivation I needed. Although our project was made for a webcomic format, I  set out to rewrite ther story as a novel.

There are plenty of hurdles and limitations, but with the support of my old co-writer, my family, and a wonderful artist, I am thrilled to finally share the story that has been sleeping in my heart for the past decade.
