My name's Brittany Hawes, but feel free to call me Britt or Boots! I was born near Chicago, Illinois but raised down in the South, where I've come to know the joys of fishin' and riding four-wheelers! Reading is my thing, The Walking Dead and Lost are my shows, and pepperoni pizza is and will always be my food! My username comes from my desire to visit France and an old nickname from high school.

My first novel called Twisted (Volume 1) was published in early 2014. It's also the Bronze Medal winner of the 2014 Readers' Favorite Award. I started working on this novel when I was a senior in high school, which goes to show  that you are NEVER too young to chase after your dreams! :) Ignore the haters and embrace your passions in life!
