hello!! good evening/morning/wherever you happen to be :) happy pride month! i will probably be posting the final chapter of the differents sometime soon; it's in the drafts but i just have to write a closing author's note chapter to tie everything together neatly
          
          i usually only come on wattpad when it sends a notification to my phone and i remember that it exists and that there are actually people on here who see my stuff and care about it lmaoo so the longer yall can keep me remembering wattpad exists, the sooner that last chapter will be out hahaha
          
          also, thank you so much for all the nice comments as of late - they really do make me incredibly happy and proud of myself and what i've been able to put out into the world! when i open wattpad the first thing i do is to try to answer the comments/dms/messages but they often drown under the notifications from users who have posted announcements on their own profiles, so if it takes a while for me to reply, that's why!
          
          and finally, i'm brainstorming some new book ideas! still not sure what direction i want to go in, but i have some new characters and a very very vague idea of some kind of story that i could possibly turn into another book! all that is still very much in the early stages of development, but i will hopefully keep updating as time goes on. i'm more active on my instagram (@/mel10rism), where i've posted several drawings of these characters too. so!! that's exciting
          
          tl;dr - "the normals" last chapter will be posted as soon as i finish the authors note, i keep forgetting wattpad exists and keel drowning in notifications which is why i'm only semi-active, thank you so much for the lovely comments, and i am brainstorming a new story!! :)

Question. Does the story finish with this 2nd book, or do you have plan later books on this saga?

Oh yikes i read all the updates and have come here about every 2 hrs last night/today to see if by some miracle more chapters have sprung up.... 
          well, it seems will have to mope a bit until u get us off this cliffhanger.  Thanks for the experience!

it's been so long since i've been on here lmao but thanks for 3k on the differents! updates on the normals will still be very staggered, but i'll try my best to get the remaining chapters out :)
          
          currently everything writing-wise has slowed to a halt because my laptop protests when i try to run google docs (and just about any other app/website), so i'm trying to find ways to either fix it or find an alternative. hope you all are doing well and happy (very late) new year <3

hi hi the normals' update schedule has, if you all haven't noticed, skewed very off track. it's more sporadic updates on mondays that i remember to do so, but we're getting there! i posted a new update today! :)
