Morgan McClure

Hi guys! My name is Morgan and I'm a 26 year old mechanical engineer and current law student. I have always loved both reading and writing in my spare time and I have absolutely fallen in love with the Wattpad Community! 
My favorite things to read are thrillers (The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena is one I've read recently and loved), and teen fantasy type books like The Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard. 
Since I love reading those two genre's so much, I guess it makes sense that I also like writing those categories. My story Collective is a fantasy set in a dystopian world, and my story The Kidnapper's Wife is a thriller. 
The Kidnapper's Wife is complete (although unedited...sorry in advance for the grammar/spelling/and consistency mistakes)! I have stopped updating Collective for the time being because I have come to realize that publishing my stories on Wattpad makes them unpublishable. So I am currently focusing my attention on two stories that I hope to traditionally publish outside of Wattpad. I have Collective mapped out as a duology, and I also have ideas for a sequel to The Kidnapper's Wife, so I will try to continue writing those as soon as I can. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy The Kidnapper's Wife! 

Also, because I hate to interrupt my stories too often with Author's notes, I want to say thank you to every single person who has voted or commented on my stories. Reading what you guys think of each chapter literally makes my day and motivates me to keep writing. I'm sorry if I don't always respond fast enough (law school and working full time makes for a kind of crazy schedule) but know that I always read them and I promise I will get to them!
