/     TW ,      sexual assault ..       the man who helped him escape claimed to be a friend of his mother’s ,     which he was .       niko was fifteen at the time ,      and he lived with the man for about a year in the real world .       in this time ,     he’d developed a trust for the man ,      seeing him as a father figure ,    somebody to confide in .       but on the eve of his sixteenth birthday ,       the man tried to take advantage of him after drugging a drink he’d gifted to the younger .       niko had struggled against the man ,      but he’d been weak back then ,      and only succeeded in knocking a rather sharp /     decorative piece to the ground .       while the man moved to dispose of his shirt ,      niko pushed him off the bed and onto the ground .       he only remembers flashes of what happened next —     an unfair brawl from different angles ,     throwing up in the corner .    though it was a justified and accidental kill ,      he still considers himself the spawn of evil for following after his father like so .
