Ryan has been writing books since he was twelve years old. He is an advocate for trail running, Pokémon, mental health, coffee, sustainable fashion, intersectional feminism, and medicinal science. He also believes art should make you feel something--and that such a human connection can only be achieved with honesty.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Ryan now lives in Portland with his wife and delightful friends, imaginary and otherwise.
