im going to address this (hopefully) only once:
lately, i've been getting an uptick of comments along the lines of "please write more." whether these comments are asking me to write more in general, or about a specific member (i've been getting quite a few abt sungchan specifically, which i'll also address), i don't appreciate them. regardless of your intention in leaving comments like this, it comes across as not only ungrateful of the works i've already put out and the time i've already put into writing things for you all to read for free, but its demanding. if youve read my bio (which, im aware, most readers will not have) youll see that i have a "no requests" rule. that includes requests disguising themselves as nice comments. if you like a fic, tell me you like it, tell me why you like, but do not demand that i write more for you. you are not entitled to my writing. i write for fun and for free. if im not having fun, i will not write. full stop.
in 2023 alone, i wrote ~250,000 words. a quarter of a million words. and posted them for free for you all to read. for reference, thats ~5, 50,000 word, 200 page books. since sept 2023 to now, i've posted ~141k words just about sungchan. in 6 months. 29k of that was only one month ago. and i have people already telling me to write more right now. as if that 29k wasn't good enough. i spend hours, days, weeks, months on every single fic. i will spend exponentially more time planning, writing, and revising every fic i post than you all will spend reading it. and comments demanding i write even more just demean all that time that i've put in, and clearly show that you either don't comprehend how much time i spend on fics, or you don't value it whatsoever
im giving yall the benefit of the doubt that you think these comments are compliments, but they're not. they quite frankly make me feel like shit. i am a person, not a content farm here to constantly chug out fics for your consumption. stop treating me like one.

if you think you've been guilty of this, don't feel like i'm banning you from reading my fics, or even commenting on them. if you like one of my fics, just tell me you like it (even better, tell my why you like it!!) and that's it. i love feedback and genuine interactions, hence why i post my fics for people to read. but dont demand content from me.
