ᥫ᭡ ; emotional peace is easier to find than mental and physical peace. Once you get in contact with your self emotionally it should be easier physically and mentally. it would help you out more in the long run with knowing who YOU truly are. 

ᥫ᭡ ; took the time to fully understand myself and i haven’t felt better, childish shit no longer gets to me and i no longer make space nor time to battle with negativity. Once i removed that factor from my life i left it forever. 

ᥫ᭡ ; love is definitely a strong word, so using it when you don’t mean it can really and most definitely hurt. Some people don’t understand words can hurt but they’ll eventually learn… hopefully.
