#wecancervive

 #Wecancervive is a cancer campaign that will be coming soon to the Wattpad community. It was created to connect cancer survivors, patients and their peers; to spread cancer awareness, support for a cure and help others recognize that every type matters. 
 #Wecancervive is a hashtag that can be added to anyone's profile, book or social platform. This hashtag represents not only your support for people who have or had cancer, but also for others that have lost a loved one due to this deadly disease, or have a loved one with it. This hashtag can also be added to any book that has a character who has, had or has a loved one with cancer. This character can be the main protagonist or just a side one. *No matter if you support it or write about it, #wecancervive can be placed anywhere. 

My main hope in this campaign is that it will unite people together so that everyone and anyone can have an understanding about cancer and also support themselves, loved ones, or deceased through the journey. 
 #Wecancervive was started by a member of the Wattpad community. She is an Ovarian cancer survivor of 7 years, and with the recent diagnosis of Breast cancer that was found in her mother, she decided to make a difference in the community. For private reasons, she has decided to remain anonymous for now. 
 #Wecancervive is a campaign that has not officially been started yet. When the start date is released, book stickers, profile banners, reading lists and more will be open to the public. 

You can, however, already begin to support it by using the hashtag and spreading the word.
