"I'll be honest, if I have to light it up like dynamite one more time, I think I might just fucking cry."

Jin chuckled at George's mini rant and pushed him into the beautifully lit house, it was Christmas Eve and George's family had invited the group to spend a couple of hours with them before the kids went to bed.

"THE TURKEY DAVID! THE TURKEY!" Dahae's voice could be heard as the eight males stepped inside the warm home, a scent of gingerbread meeting their noses - George immediately knew that it was the scent of candle his mother burned every year.

"Did dad lose the turkey again?" George asked as he stepped into the kitchen causing his mother to shriek and push her husband aside to tackle him into a hug.

David rolled his eyes and hugged the rest of the boys. "Don't worry about her, she loses her head when it comes to Christmas."

"I brought gifts, there's three full bin bags in the car so I'll have to get them with Jungkook and Namjoon soon," George explained as the group were led into the living room.

The Lee siblings were all spread out across the floor in their matching pyjamas with a Christmas movie playing on their tv, the lights from the Christmas tree twinkling beautifully.

Immediately, the kids jumped up and ran to the boys, immediately passing George, who let out a shocked gasp. Luckily, Areum stood up and waddled over to him with a tiny bit of struggle, her hand in her mouth and a smile on her face.

She held up her hands and George didn't hesitate to lift her up, quickly fixing her shirt.

"Well you look ready for Santa," he joked with a chuckle as he grabbed a napkin to wipe some chocolate from around her mouth.

"Santa," she repeated with a nod.

George could only chuckle in response knowing full well that she didn't have a clue what he was talking about — at least she responded to him, that was a start.

With her in his arms, he headed into the kitchen where he was greeted by his step mother who shoved a candy cane into his mouth before walking away, he glanced down at his sister with wide eyes as she giggled at him. George smiled and slid the candy cane out of his mouth and hummed at the taste.

Snapping a piece off, he held it in front of her watching with amusement as she leaned in to take it with her mouth, making George pretty much feed it to her.

"Do your hands suddenly not work?" He asked her only to receive an innocent blank look in return.

"KOOKIE COME ON LET'S PUT THESE OUT FOR SANTA!"

George stepped back into the living room and smiled when he saw his younger sister dragging Jungkook over to the fire place with a plate of cookies in her hand. The twins soon waltzed in, Geonho holding onto Hoseok and Gwangmin pulling Taehyung in, one holding a carrot and the other holding some milk.

Areum made a sound in his arms and pointed at the cookies, letting out a small whine. George chuckled and picked up a chocolate off of a plate on the coffee table and handed it to her.

Jungkook, Hoseok, Taehyung, Gwangmin, Geonho and Aera all gathered by the fireplace to set down Santa's things. George smiled and set Areum down and Geonho took her hand so she could help him place down the carrot.

"You know, he gets that from you."

George raised an eyebrow and glanced at his father, who pressed a hand to his shoulder.

"Gets what from me?"

"Well, as unhappy as you was about the changes to our family, you always made sure to include the twins in everything. You used to let them put down the cookies and milk with you, Geonho I've noticed is starting to resemble you in many ways," David explained with a proud smile.

"Oh, so that means he's gonna grow up to be an absolute stud with the best personality?"

David rolled his eyes at George's cockiness but a smile slithered onto his face. "I'm proud of you, you know? You're still my boy even if you're all grown up and too famous to hang out with your old man."

George laughed and wrapped an arm around his father. "No matter how old I get, i'll never be too old nor 'famous' to hang out with you, you've been my inspiration from day one. I'll never be ashamed to say that I love you, Dad."

David started to tear up causing George to chuckle.

"I'm not crying, i just have...snow in my eye."

"Uhuh...you wanna hug it out?"

"Yes please."

George grinned and threw his arms around his dad. The two were forced to pull apart by multiple cheers as Dahae entered the room holding a trey filled with hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows.

"How about a Christmas movie before the kids go to bed?" David suggested.

George looked at his members, who were all quick to agree before turning to his dad. "Just like old times."

David nodded. "Just like old times."
