two blue gazes in a coffee shop
a smirk to cross our lips
casual banter, cunning remarks
over our bitter sips
i hope one day to feel you
embracingly wrapped, a hug
perhaps tears or laughter
mutual , casual , comfortable
once pain of now passed after
i hope one day to sense you
a dress of white adorning my figure
my eyes catch yours in the crowd
confident steps , a nod , a wink
moved on and made you proud
