That is a wrong number story as it says in the title but there are a few things you need to know:
-Peter lives completely alone
-Peter knows nothing from before Bens death, that was one of his first memories
-Nobody expected Ned, MJ, Wade and Ned and Mr. Lee, his 'Grandfather', knows that he is Spider-Man.
-Everything else will be explained
