Jaemin pov:

I was walking after a tiresome day of school.
Jeno who I'd usually walk with, had to go to practice for the basketball club. They announced it without any notice. So Jeno had felt guilty.

'Im sorry~~' he said while bowing constantly.
'It's ok', I replied patting his back to comfort him.
'Really?', Jeno questioned. He knew I didn't like walking alone.
I nodded in agreement.
Jeno smiled. 'I'll go to yours tomorrow so we can walk to school in the morning!'
I nodded again.
'Now hurry or else you'll be late', I said.
Jeno waved bye and ran after his teammates.

The wind was blowing gently and it seemed that time had slowed.
Usually whenever I walked with Jeno, I didn't take much notice of our surroundings....
But right now, the rustling of the leaves and the sound of the wind brushing against my face, had grabbed my attention.
I was walking with a steady pace when I noticed, the pink petals swirling in the midst of the path.
I looked up to find a big cherry blossom tree.
'It must be spring', I muttered.
I looked back to face my front..when I noticed her.
She stood there with her back facing me.
My pupils eyed her with awe.
'pretty', we both said in unison.

She looked back at me, startled by my sudden voice.

'Oh hi there'

I was surprised by the sudden greeting.

'h-hi'

And there under the cherry blossom tree, spring had came a bit too early for me. I wasn't prepared for what was to come...
