Chapter 7; Year 4

Harrys POV

"Y/N" I whispered walking down the stairs from the boys dorms, she said she needed to show me somthing

"Harry, im over here" I heard her soft voice from the other side of the common room, on the couches "Sit down, I need to show you something"

She pulled out an ordinary brown book, it didnt look important, It looked old, I studied the book up and down and soemthing caught my eye, a small engraving in the bottom left corner, the Mauraders, This book had belonged to my father, she opened it up to the frist page to reveal the names, James, Sirius, Remus, Peter and Lily, I guess my mom helped them with stuff sometimes

"Its a book of pranks" Y/N spoke up "Fred and George found it"

I looked through the pages, these pranks were crazy, how did they ever come up with these

"Wait this is the clock prank, someone pulled this today" I said

Y/N laughed

"You did this, It was brilliant!"

"Yes Fred, George, Heather, Henry and I pulled it today" she said still laughing, Her laugh was so contagous, so before I know it I was laughing along

I could feel tears in my eyes, not tears of saddness, but tears of happiness, happiness because I now have another peice of my parents

"You can keep it" Y/N said quickly "I copied it all into another notebook to give to the twins, but this is special, because it belongs to your parents"

By now there were tears streaming down my face, I only cry infront of Y/N, I tell her everything, She tightly wrapped her arms around me and put her head on my shoulder

"This is why you are my bestfriend, This is why I love you Y/N"

"And I love you two" she said back

Normally for a boy and a girl to be this close its weird, even if they were best friends, but me and Y/N are unseprible, me have been best friends forever and will always be

After they pulled away from the hug they sat there staring at the fire place

"Y/N, go get your coat and come with me" I said

"What?" she asked confused

"Just do it"

3rd person POV

"Harry where the hell are we going" Y/N whispered as I dragged her up and down corridors

"You'll see" I silently said

Finally Y/N and I had reached the astronamy tower

"I just thought we had to come up here" I said "Remember in 1st year when-"

"I was feeling sick so you brough me up here for some fresh air, And in 2nd year when Draco called me a labrat, so you took me up here to watch the stars, and get my mind off things, and in 3rd year when you were worried about Sirius so we sat here at ate food till the sun rised, of course I remember those are my most importsnt memories" She laughed

"Now we can just sit here and watch the stars, forget about the world cup" I mentioned gazing into outerspace

"Harry" Y/N started "That star right there is called Sirius, his whole family is named after stars"

"Wow" I added

"Thank you Harry, for always being there for me, when people call me names and all that crap"

"Thank you, Y/N for always being there for me, when im worried, do you mind tellin me why you and Hermione are in a fight"

"If you promise not to tell anyone else" she said

"Promise" I added then we latched out pinkies together to make a pinkie promise

but as she started talking she just kept her pinky finger wrapped around mine

"Oh Harry it was horrible, she was telling me that Heather was untrustworthy, then when I told her I trusted Heather,She told me I was little miss perfect always craving sympathy-"

She rested her head on my shoulder than continued

"-And she told me she will never give me sympathy, then I told her that Ron will never look at her the way he looked at Heather, She go pissed, screamed at me, and ran to the bathroom"

"That is rather horrible" I said looking at her straight in the eyes

"I know and I dont want to fight with her forever but she hates me, and she said that me and you only bond over shared trauma"

"Do you want me to read you some pranks from my dads book to take your mind off it"

"Sure" She said looking up at me with a smile, then layed her head back on her shoulder

Before long Y/N was asleep with her head on my shoulder, so I layed my head my head on top of hers and fell asleep

With our pinkys still latched
