He can capture someone by wrapping the chains around them
manipulate the way the chains are shaped or where they go
kill them by manipulating the chain to be sharp and stabbing them
knock them out back smacking them with the chain/ suffocating them till they pass out
take over their body by using a special chain that he can create that appears as gold, sparkly, and transparent. The chain punctures the person in a vital area to take over them. It isn't made of solid matter so it can't kill them
Drawbacks: his hands start to hurt if makes the chain come out with his hands
