Third Person

It all started when school went out for summer. Dustin went off to summer camp, Lucas and Max have been in an on and off relationship, and Mike and El have been ditching the party just so that they can go make out somewhere.
Will started to feel more and more like a fifth wheel as time went on. When this happened, Dustin would make Will feel included. Dustin and Will have always been really close friends ever since Eleven came back, causing Mike and Will to hang out less and less.

Today is the day Dustin comes back from camp, and Will couldn't be more excited. He will finaly be able to hang out with someone who doesn't only care about relationships.

Of course Dustin wasn't the only one who tried to include Will, Max always did too, sometimes even Lucas. But after Dustin left, they kind of just stopped trying.
Will started to hang out with his brother Jonathan and his girlfriend Nancy more. They didn't treat him like a third wheel.
Will could tell they didn't pity him, they actually enjoyed his company.

Will wasn't used to getting so much attention from anyone, he didn't know how to take it, but after a while he came out of his shell around them. Even though they were many years older than him, they didn't treat him like he was just a kid. They treated him how they would treat any one of their friends.

Will and Jonathan have always had a wonderful brotherly relationship. They have always been there for eachother. When their father left, they got happier and more comfortable around the house and eachother. Their relationship is what every parent wishes their kids would treat eachother like. Like bestfriends.

But that's not the point. The point is that Dustin is coming back and the party is planning on surprising him.

(Will's POV)

Dustin is coming back today and we are working on a way to surprise him. The party are trying to come up with an idea when Lucas blurts one out.

"What if we make a banner and sneak into his house before he gets home, and when he does we make his toys move out to the living room where we will jump out and surprise him?" That doesn't sound like a half bad idea. I don't know how he came up with it so fast, but it's still pretty decent.

We all collectively give some 'yeahs' and a 'that sounds good'. So now we have a plan.
