Fernando stood in the gym for P.E waiting for his friends to walk through the door, his cat tail went from side to side as his ears twitched at every small sound of footsteps leading him to looking at the doors of the gym and seeing his friends laughing with each other he waved at both of them then ran up and they talked for a little while the teacher took attendance.
"We will just be walking around the track for today"
The class got up and started walking the track, Issac, the more taller of the other two went ahead and tossed around a football with another one of his friends as Fernando and Antonio talked with eachother
Antonio felt Fernando's soft ears which made Fernando cover his head and blush slightly "why did you do that??" He looked confused at Antonio who had a blank expression on his face, "they looked soft.." he looked at the ground bashfully
Fernando took one of Antonio's hands and put it in both of his "it's okay if you want to feel them more.. I don't mind just ask next time" Antonio smiled and nodded then continued to pet Fernando's ears carefully. Fernando started to purr as he relaxed into Antonio's hands
Issac turned around to see Fernando and Antonio being close and started to hiss under his breath then stomped over to them and slapped away Antonio's hands from Fernando's ears then hissed at him
Antonio rolled his eyes and Fernando blushed since they had been caught
Issac pulled Fernando closer to him and whispered in his ear "meet me under the tree after school." Before Fernando could respond the bell rang for the kids to go to their next classes
A few hours later the final bell rang and Fernando speed walked to the big tree next to the track but as he was walking Antonio put his arms around his waist and pulled him in then kissed his cheek, Fernando blushed intensely and released himself from his grip. Antonio winked and grinned at the boy then walked off with his tail wagging and his ears high
Fernando's tail was between his legs as he held his cheek, still blushing almost forgetting that he had to meet Issac so he ran to the tree
Once Fernando got to the tree he saw Issac impatiently tapping his foot and looking at his watch
Fernando walked up to him "hey sorry I got busy with something!" Issac rolled his eyes "it doesn't matter." They stood in an awkward silence and as Fernando was going to say something he was cut off by Issac "Why have you become so close with Antonio? Why not me? Why was he petting your ears???" Issac said in an angry tone
Fernando stumbled in his head trying to form an answer that would satisfy the boy who stood before him "you where just.. off with your other friends and Antonio seemed sad today anyway so I just-"
Issac huffed as his voice started to get louder "you just wanted to flirt with him. You know how wrong that is? He's a dog. A wild untrained animal, Fernando you know this!! You can't breed with him even if you wanted you." Fernando nodded "I-... I know it's just.." "just what? Spit it out already." Fernando looked into Issac's eyes and saw that the other cat was on the verge of tears then he reached out but Issac moved out of the way "don't touch me.. not after you've touched and clearly have feelings for Antonio..." he said through tears starting to come out onto his cheeks "Issac I'm so-" Issac hissed and turned away then started to walk away from the situation.
Fernando grabbed him from the wrist and held on tight, Issac turned around and hissed "leave me alone! Go hang out with your boyfriend!!" Fernando let go of his arm sadly and stood there in shock as his eyes filled with tears. He wanted to tell Issac how much he cared and loved him, but he also loved Antonio.. he couldn't pick who he loved more even if Antonio was a dog and it wasn't healthy for him. It's just he's so nice but Issac is so protective and loving even if he has his own way of showing his affection...
Fernando fell to his knees and started bawling loudly, luckily Issac had already ran away a few minutes ago and since it was so late no one could hear him cry.
