You're in the middle of taking your high school exams, but sleep threatens to claim you. Unable to fight the drowsiness, you lose consciousness. However, when you wake up, you find yourself in a completely different world filled with magic, strange creatures, and conflict. Will you find your way back to your new world? Or will you restore peace?
The challenge is to write a short story with a maximum of 1,000 words that is based on or inspired by our prompt.
Keep in mind that your story must be Asian Fantasy and must be categorized as Fantasy. You are welcome to incorporate romantic or horror subplots. If you have any questions about what Asian Fantasy is, check out our Profile Guide.
