"Yes I think this is the one"  I looked around the 2 bedroom apartment my realtor Lisa was showing me

"You like it?" Lisa asked looking surprised

this was like the 7th apartment  she'd showed me in the past 2 weeks and I finally think I've found the right one

"Yes I love it, perfect size for me and good looking on the inside I love it" I said getting excited

I looked around and started picturing how I was gonna decorate it

"Okay well this one is a little on the expensive side because it's modern designed. It's 2,500 down payment and 900 a month" Lisa said as I looked around the place more

"Uhh...well okay that's fine" I shrugged

I barely pay for anything with money out of my own pocket because I don't have a job. My daddy set up all of us a bank account that he puts money in every month for allowance so I use my black card with a 10,000 dollar spending limit on it each week

He agreed to pay my college funds and still give me a allowance until I get out of college, which I am now. and start making my own money, which I will be doing when summer is over and I become a intern student at a hospital to begin my real medical training

He always tells us he doesn't want any of his kids living a average mid-class life, He wants us to be spoiled and already used to stuff like living lavishly so we will never settle for less and I ain't complaining at all

"Okay sign here and here and here" She handed me the paperwork and I started signing it. Feeling very much like a adult right now

"You got it, Once you pay the down payment to the manager he will give you the keys and that's it. congratulations" Lisa smiled as they were walking out of the apartment together

"Thank you so much, for being patient too because I was ready to give up myself on even finding one I'd like" I said and we laughed

"No problem that's my job. have a good day" Lisa waved as l was walking to my car

"You too" I waved back getting in my car then pulling off

"Finally" I mumbled to myself as I started up my car

I clicked on the group chat with everybody and called it then put my phone on the car mount and started paying attention to the road

"Who the hell rung this call" Tj asked
