Selena doesn't have many souvenirs of her mother, the late Queen.

When she passed away, the princess was only two years old.

Nobody truly knew the cause of her death, not even her father.

Before her death, the latter searched all around for skillful physicians.

However, none of them helped save his dear wife.

Since then, the king starts losing his mind.

Thankfully, the Queen reminded him of their biggest treasure, Selena.

She made him promise in her death bed to take care of their daughter till the end.

All her life, she faced hardships and jealousy.

Born from an affair between her father and an exotic dancer, she was never accepted as a noble.

Her father accepted her existence but not as his daughter.

Her stepmother despised her and truly make her suffered every day.

The former Crown Prince fell in love, at first sight, one summer night.

She was the loveliest little girl that a parent could wish for.
