Poeple lived peacefully in the city with quirks are 50% chance to become a hero some of them don't just regular humans doing Normal life's, but the league of villains attempt to capture Dynamite or Lord Explotion, Deku the Two famous heroes saved mankind with their friends at U.A those years ago... meanwhile Dabi found them slowly sneaking to get atleast a hair from both to create something evil and powerfull to finally destroy those two.
