The sound of shoes squeaking on the hard wood floor could be heard inside an old gym were players upon players of the sport volleyball could be seen practicing while also having fun at the same time

These teams were
Aoba johsai
Fukorudani
Shiritorizawa
Inarizaki
Nekoma
And last but not the least the school hosting the event
Karasuno

It was already one in the afternoon when they were suddenly told to have a 10 minute break from the coaches who saw them already looking exhausted since they started 8:00 a.m in the morning for practice

"Oi boke! Wanna race to the convenience store to buy some meat buns?" Kageyama asked his best friend who's back was turned away from him

"Sure race you there Bakayama!" Hinata started sprinting to the large doors of the gym while kageyama ran trying to catch up to him while yelling profanities at the tangerine colored haired child

"Oi! Be careful!" Sugawara yelled at the two running idiots being the worried team mother he is

Daichi chuckled beside him when he suddenly felt the air shift, he was tensed for a bit but suddenly brushed it off thinking that it wasn't a big deal

[ With Hinata and kageyama ]
Hinata was sprinting to the usual convenience store when he suddenly felt the air shift and his posture tensed making him falter for a bit

Kageyama who caught up suddenly saw his tensed expression asked a question "oi boke you alright?" Hinata turned to him and the tenseness in his body suddenly faded and smiled at his best friend waving away the question with a usual 'its nothing' the raven haired boy was skeptical about it but gave up knowing he couldn't get an answer out of his best friend

"Oi Bakayama how about you go in first I have to call my mom for a bit and go first without me" he informed the black haired setter with a smile

Kageyama was skeptical about leaving his friend for a bit but knowing how stubborn the human tangerine was he nodded his head hesitantly and walked to the store

Hinata looked at kageyama's fading back for a bit and looked up at the sky when he suddenly saw an all to familiar looking bird carrying something he hasn't held since he decided to take a break from his job

His eyes widened at the familiar sight of his sword. The sword he left to accomplish his other dream to become the next little giant. The sword that was stained by the blood of the demons who he had killed so that none of the people today would be harmed by their meer presence.

He walked to a deserted alley near the convenience store when his crow [who he had named Nemuri since his crow always likes to sleep a lot when he was still in active duty] suddenly landed on his shoulder with the weight of his sword In his claws. He always wondered on how the hell can his crow even carry the thing without getting to exhausted

He looked at his old companion who looks back at him with a gesture to the heavy thing that was on it's claws to be grabbed because of its heaviness. He chuckled while his companion gave him what looked like an expharated face that looks to much blankly on the crows face
He stopped chuckling and grabbed his sword and held it in his left hand and looked back again at his companion gesturing him to continue on what he was supposed to talk about. And what came out of the crows own beak made him freeze on spot and a horror filled look to overtake on his face

A/N
Another story! Here's the first chapter of this written/typed work of mine! To be honest this just came to me when I saw a crossover between haikyuu and demon slayer! And then this idea just came out of nowhere. And I couldn't stop the idea from my mind so I decided to make a story about this and here we are!!!

Haha and also to remind you guys I still haven't watched haikyuu yet so if I made a mistake in the story please feel free to comment on it so I can fix my mistake!
