Do you ever wonder why does this have to happen to me? Or why was I born? These same questions occur in Iric's and Yor's head everyday. They were mistakes not supposed to be born. One day ancient oracle visited Zeus and told him that one day he would be overthrown by a child of Métis. He feared that and ate his wife, he misunderstood the prophecy and thought he was greater than the fates. But, it turns out Métis is very much alive and good in Greece, hiding fearing that Zeus will strike her as soon as he learns about the truth. Métis is Yor's and Iric's teacher, they have a motherly bond rather than a teacher's bond, she's hiding them waiting for when they're older so they could take the thrones of both pantheons and rule like kings!
