Rock Kurosagi meets a new transfer student from The 3rd City of Febimillinesia (once Earth), Solagracia (once Russia). The story takes place in The 4th City of Febimillinesia, Jordanio (once Japan). After school, Rock hangs out w/ Blair in The New Art Museum. They encounter a woman in red and a silver haired girl fighting w/ Dark Magic.
Rock and Blair was asked to become a Dark Knight who can only stop The Silver Knights of Queen Rosario and The Silver Conquerer.
What will they decide?
