Body horror is a emitter type quirk that needs skin to skin contact to work. In the starting stage the user may be able to change the color of someones skin or hair.At the mid stage they be able to make a human/animal Grow limbs or organs in or attached to the subject. ua 1 stage in this stage the finer details of the body are seen. For a example if a hero lost his/her eyes then new eyes would be made after getting rid of the faulty eyes ,or if all-m*ahem* a random hero were to lose a needed part of the body it may be regrown or even rejuvenated .
If this gets any attention I may add a later stage like ua 2 or plus ultra or maybe even a trigger enhanced who knows
