I believe,
People are like stars.
Some shine bright,
Others don't seem to shine at all.
Some stars, whirl across the dark night
Seeking life and adventure,
While others, stay in place their whole life
Too scared to take a leap of faith.
They sit, all their life,
Waiting for something to happen,
Waiting till they can shine bright too.
But all that happens, as they sit, is
They start to burn themselves up,
They burn up with rage,
They burn up with sadness, depression, and self pity.
They use their thoughts to tear themselves apart.
Till they're nothing,
In a sky full of stars.
