Orpheus Galaxy. Uranus Planet.

After leaving the interstellar spacecraft, a medium-sized multi-person aircraft took Su Ge to the most prosperous part of the planet. Looking outside through the window, Su Ge felt a  little dizzy.

This unfamiliar planet is much larger than Earth.  Especially the city she is in now, Ulla, which is the capital city of planet Uranus. It is also where the Interstellar Alliance Headquarters is based. Aside from the highly developed futuristic buildings, what astonished Su Ge are the flying machines all over the place.

With different shapes and various colors, they scurry around the whole city like headless flies. Su Ge felt dizzy and even untimely thought: With so many aircraft roaming around and without traffic control, it's amazing that there is no collision.

The speed of the aircraft was very fast. It didn't take long before it slowly stopped in front of a huge, transparent, and bright oval building. She stepped off the aircraft and greet the guide waiting on the side. After greeting, she suddenly heard screams with different tones, different timbres, and even different languages.

She followed the sound and saw that there were a lot... a lot of unfamiliar races around several other aircraft nearby.

Since the development of the Interstellar Alliance, more than 3,000 planets and galaxies of all sizes have joined, like a huge forest full of various birds. The Interstellar Alliance has many planets and galaxies, and the races are too many to describe in words.

With the growing number of allies, it is not surprising to see races from other planets together. Especially in Uranus which is called the Great Immigration. There are all kinds of races and residents living here that they have long gotten used to it.

Of course, there is no such thing on planet Earth. There are no alien immigrants, none of them. Because of no other reason than— in the eyes of everyone in the Interstellar Alliance, Earth is too poor and far behind. It is not in the choices of habitats of the immigrants.

This is the reason why Su Ge is here today. She is not here to travel. Instead, she is carrying an important task that will determine the Earth's future.

As Earth has just entered the Interstellar Alliance this year, it is the lowest planet in the entire alliance and is directly classified as a fifth-level planet by the Interstellar Alliance.

The so-called fifth-level planets are characterized as poor, backward, and unsuitable for development. Generally speaking, such planets will not be accepted by the Interstellar Alliance. After all, they will have to provide some humanitarian assistance to the fifth-level planets every year and no planet is willing to use their own money to feed some backward planet.

The reason why Earth could join the alliance is that the biggest pie that they haven't seen for a hundred thousand years, has fallen on it.

Just as a city full of rich people need a few beggars to express their kindness, the rich Interstellar Alliance also needs fifth-level planets to express their kindness, but it can't be too many.

So if you want to join the Interstellar Alliance, you can only take advantage of the blowing east wind*.

(*lucky opportunity)

Last year, Earth participated in the lottery to join the alliance and was luckily drawn to join the quota. One must know that there are around 10,000 planets that want to join the alliance each year. But it takes 15 to 30 years for the Interstellar Alliance to choose one to three planets. Thus, the winning rate can be said to be quite moving.

Prior to this, Earth has participated seven or eight times, but none of them succeeded. This time, the victory made the entire planet feel a little bit confused by the sudden pie falling from the sky. Then the foreign minister of interstellar affairs immediately decided to take advantage of this shit luck, no, cross it out, take advantage of this easterly wind to popularize the earth. They hope that the earth can leave an impression on many first, second, and third-level planets so that the humanitarian aid in the coming year can also be more biased towards Earth.
