It was sunny day in the Sunset village. Today was Robin's first day of school. "Today is your first day of school Robbie, kids grow up so fast". said Jaylen (Robin's guardian). "I am so excited. l am going to learn so many things", said Robin. "Here is your lunch, Robbie. And I hope you have a great day" said Jaylen when Robin was running for the bus. "Bye Bye, Miss Jaylen" said Robin happily. But that happiness was not going to last long. When Robin entered the bus. He was greeted with stares and gossip about him. He was not like the other kids, for he was a robot. Therefore, all the kids thought he looked weird and didn't want to sit with him. Robin had sat all alone in the back of the bus. But this did not make Robin sad, surely if everyone else knew him well, then people will like him. Robin was a positive thinker.

Then they reached school. Robin reached the class and sat on a chair. "Hello kids, I'm Mr. James and I am your teacher. Today, let's all introduce ourselves" said the teacher. Then he called robin to come and introduce himself. "Hi, I am Robin, and I am new here. I am just a kid who would like to make friends. I like playing and reading" said Robin. "You mean a robot? you're not a kid you know that, right?" said Kevin. "Kevin! Just because he is not like you, you don't have to be mean." said the teacher, in an assertive tone. Robin went to his seat dismally. Classes went on and it was recess time. Everyone rushed to the recess room. Some took picture books, some played in the indoor playground, some played with toys etc. it was a child's heaven basically. Robin took a rhyme book and sang the rhyme. Then Kevin came there and interrupted "You sing very nicely". "Nobody asked you, plus I am just a robot what can I do." said Robin fiercely. "Look, I am sorry, I shouldn't have judged you by the way you look. What can I do to make it up for you?". "Well...can you play with me" said Robin. "Sure, why not, but how where you made?" asked Kevin curiously. "Well Miss Jaylen wanted to have a family because she never had anyone. Her husband left her and she had no one in her life. Since she was a mechanic, she made me and brought me to life, for once in her life she had a person who would stick with her for life and that's me." explained Robin. Then they played in the playground and became friends. After school that day, Robin came back home. "So, Robbie how was school? ''asked Jaylen. Robin replied "I guess it was good". THE END
