The land affected would show yellow if light damage, red if landfall target. If a storm turns into a hypercane, they suddenly stop and dissipate. For hurricanes who are stuck the Saffir-Simpson scale, If it goes over land/water, it dissipates. If the storm is too powerful, it may destroy major hurricanes along with hypercanes.
Take Hurricane Rain as an example from 2005's hyperactive power, in the HHW. It's over an unknown limit per hour, and can destroy half of the world in one mile. If the main person controlling the hurricane dies, it dissipates.
