Little Nikki's POV
I was playing in my room with my
Little bear I got from grandma when I heard yelling and glass break
I ran downstairs to see what happened and mommy was laying on the floor there was red stuff on her stuff that fell on the floor "I'm sorry Mark.." Mommy said while wimpering
Then Daddy said "Shut up Moana now you listen to me unless you want me to hurt that useless child 'NiKkI' you love so dearly much" "Mommy Daddy..?" I said Dad walked towards me but mom grabbed his leg while she said "NIKKI RUN!" Dad kicked her I ran upstairs closed, locked my door and hid in my closet while locking it I was very confused about what was happening
Dad walked upstairs
And said "Nikki Hubble open this door right now!" he said
Not even two seconds later I heard sirens and flashing lights I heard dad yelling at mom and then she said thank you to the officers
"Nikki..?!" "Mom..?" I said getting out of the closet unlock the door and go downstairs to my mom
"Oh thank heavens your okay!" she said hugging me I hugged her back she pulled away and put her hands on my cheeks "I'm so glad your okay"
"Mommy can I sleep with you tonight ..?"
"Okay that's fine" she kisses my head then leads me to her room she gave me a pink Hoodie then she also put a pink hoodie on "Mommy we're matching!" I said in excitement "Yup" My mom said in a kind yet soft tired tone she lyes next to me and she rubbed my back and before I knew it I was asleep
