Donten ni warau: Unobtainable Love (Shirasu x OC)

chapter 1

My name is Kumoh Chiasa and I have long black hair with red tips like my three brothers. I'm the second oldest Kumo and like Shirasu I take care of the house.

Today like every other day my brothers went out to catch some run away prisoners. "Hi Shiro," I greet the white haired man.

"Hello Chiasa. Would you like me to help you make lunch?" Shirasu asks politely.

"Shiro how many times have I told you, call me Chi," I scold. "And I'm fine you can clean the house. I'll be done soon so I hope they get back soon or their lunch is going to be cold."

Shirasu chuckles at my comment. "Ok I'll start leaning Chiasa." Then he leaves the kitchen.

"Call me Chiiii," I shout after him and receiving his chuckles. "Jezz," I sigh.

Time skip

"We're back," Tenka greets.

"Welcome home Ten-nii, Sora, Taro," I reply and give them a hug. After they say their 'Hi's' I lead them to the living room where we all eat.

Later that day Sora and Ten-nii were practicing and Taro was watching. "Be careful you guys," I tell them as I'm about to leave.

"Got it," Sora replies without looking back.

"Ok," Ten-nii says with a big smile.

"Have fun, sir," Taro waves.

"Ok let's go Shiro." Then Shirasu and I make our way down to the market. "So what would you like for dinner Shiro?" I ask and link arms with him.

"Humm you can decide Chiasa," he answers.

"Ok let's look around. Come on," I tug playfully. After looking around the whole market we decided to buy some cheap vegetables and head back. "Ten-nii you need to get a job. We're running out of money, " I complain. "Sora say something to you nii-san."

"Aniki Chi is right, so get off your lazy butt and make some cash."

"Tenka-san!" A man in black shout. "Tenka-san we need your help. Prisoners ran away again."

"What kind of police officers are you two?" I sigh.

"Ok I'll help but I need something in return. Show me a little 'faith,' and I help you guys out," Ten-nii says while showing the money sign.

"Ten-nii don't blackmail the policeman," I shout.

"Ehh but you said we need more money," he whines.

"Come on we can't take money from these policemen," Sora says and gets up.

"Alright." Then Tenka gets up and walks towards the forest.

"If Ten-ni is going then so am I," Chuutaro and i said at the same time.

Tenka stops and turns "no way. You three are staying here. You'll only get in the way." He then turns to me "Chi be good and stay here ok?"

"But-"

"No buts." He turns to Shirasu next, "Shirasu take care of Chi for me."

"Of course," Shirasu replies.

So Tenka and the two policemen leave. A few moments later Sora decides to follow. "Ok I'm coming too," I say full of determination.

"No," Sora says flatly. "Shirasu take care of Chi for us. Come on Chuutaro," he says and rushes after Tenka.

"What? Wait for me," I shout and run after them but was stopped by Shirasu. He swung me over his shoulder so I can't run away. "Shiro put me down," I command while pounding his back.

He chuckles and says, "Sorry I was told to look after you. Don't worry Chiasa they'll be fine." Then he brought me inside. We spent the rest of the day together either talking and drinking tea or making dinner.

I love Shiro and I love spending time with him but he only sees me as a little sister.
