She was young when it started. Reyna blindly followed her sister that would eventually abandon her at a camp. A new place where she would have to start over.

The bittersweet between my teeth
Trying to find the in-betweens
Fall back in love eventually

After a while, she felt like a part of camp when she joined activities and trained. Then it happened.

Can't help myself but count the flaws
Claw my way out through these walls
One temporary escape
Feel it start to permeate

That was the moment when all of the anti-reality finally hit her. It was like a tsunami. It happens at once, then once the initial shock is over you asses the damage.

It badly hurt Reyna to learn that her life, her reality was one that shouldn't exist. But she was glad that she finally understood.

We lie beneath the stars at night
Our hands gripping each other tight

Later, is when she developes another weakness, a flaw. It happens to be her biggest one. Reyna remembers telling someone she met wandering the country once... she just doesn't remember who he was.

Now in the present, Reyna isn't the praetor at Camp Jupiter. She regrets too many things. And the one she regrets the most? Reyna is keeping a very big secret, and she hasn't told anyone at camp about it. She can't, but she needs too.
