"PLEASE REMEMBER ME"
I am a well known pianist. I play well piano on stage. I make a lot of people owe with my talent. When I was a kid they often called me a prodigy as I didn't learn to play piano with a teacher but with all by myself by listening and watching other play piano.
But today, i just decided to quit playing it. I don't like it anymore. It suffocates me.
I got a slap from my mother when she learned that I just decided to quit.
" Tell me the reason why you quit?!" she angrily said to me.
"I don't like it anymore." I simply said.
"Hindi ako naniniwala. Why would you waste your talent just for a girl?!"
"She's not just a girl, Ma. She's my life. She's my one any only supporter. She's my number one fan. She's the one who really cared for me. She's my everything! Ni minsan ba tinatanong niyo ako kung gusto ko ba talagang maging pianist?! You didn't care! Ang gusto niyo lang ay ang kasikatan! Because of what?! Para may maipagyabang kayo?! " I angrily shouted.
For the first time, I shouted at her.
A slap landed on my face again.
" Sa tingin mo ba? Maalala ka pa niya?! Huwag mong kalimutan na ikaw ang dahilan kung bakit hindi ka niya maalala! " singhal niya sa akin.
I heard mom sigh. " A girl who couldn't even remember who you are? You're just wasting your time. Sige, bahala kana. Simula ngayon, hindi na kita anak. " mom said and walk away.
Great. I just got disown by my mother.
Tama naman si mommy eh. Kasalanan ko ang lahat. I was so drunk when I drove that night. She insisted that we should go commute, but I still insisted on driving that lead us into an accident. I saw how she almost lost her life because of me. I saw how those blood enveloped her. I saw how she shouted in so much pain.
Too much of my guilt that day, I runaway not knowing that she will not be able to remember me.

"C'mon just be a pianist on my friends wedding." my friend keep on insisting.
"I already quit." saad ko na hindi tumitingin sa kaniya at nasa libro lamang na binabasa ko.
Inagaw niya ang librong binabasa ko at hinagis yun sa kung saan. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.
"Do I have to say please?"
Umirap ako at inis na kumuha ng bagong libro na babasahin ngunit kinuha niya ulit iyun at itinapon.
"Susinugin ko lahat ng libro mo." pagbabanta niya.
Hindi ko siya pinansin at naupo na lamang ulit bago binuksan ang television para manood. Pero ang siraulo, tinaggal ang saksakan ng TV. I glared at him.
"I already quit!" I shouted at him.
"Just play piano this once okay? Please do me a favor, oh? I'm pursuing the friend of the bride and I needed her help. Her condition are you, playing at her wedding." he said begging.
"Marami namang iba diyan." inis na sabi ko.
"Eh ikaw nga kasi ang gusto!" biglang sigaw nito na ikinagulat ko.
Walanghiya! Siya na nga itong may kailangan siya pa nagagalit. I smacked his head.
" Find anyone else." I said.
"Please!" he said kneeling in front of me. "Kung gusto mo, sayo ang credit card ko ng isang buwan!" he tried to negotiate.
"Anong gagawin ko naman sa credit card mo? Mas marami pa nga atang laman yung akin." I said pissing him off.
