As I was grabbing everything I needed for my mission from weapons, military rations, scrolls and other necessities
As I grabbed a hold of my locket in my grip as I opened it to see a photo of me and my father as I gave a blank expression as I used my finger tips to trace my father's face as it's been many years since his death
"Do you really have to go?" Asked a voice as I snapped my attention to the doorway of my room to see my little cousin
With her short jet black hair and wide black eyes hidden behind her red glasses as she looked at me with such a sad expression I couldn't help but give a mental sigh
As I walked towards her bending down to her height looking straight into her eyes as I poking her forehead with two fingers softly as I gave her a small smile as she pouted at my action
"Sarada it was a mission specifically given to me by the Hokage and don't worry I'll be back in no time" I told her with a smile as she hugged me tightly as I gave a deep sigh realizing she wasn't gonna let go with that death grip
'Well it's time to ask Aunt Sakura to help me with this little one before I'm late again...' I couldn't help but think as I grabbed everything I needed and headed down stairs as Sarada still had me in her death grip
It took quite awhile since Sarada inherited her mother's strength that she nearly tore my clothing before Aunt Sakura manage to pry her off my person as I made a quick escape before she could jump me again with her death grip
"Bye Aunt Sakura! Bye Sarada! I'll be back soon!" I said waving as I was leaving as I winced slightly at the cries of a 9 year old's tantrum
Even though Sarada is more mature than other kids her age but she does have her moments like when I leave for a long mission
"Be careful and come back safe, Yukasumi!" Shouted my Aunt with a smile as I knew she was somewhat worried about me
Time Skip
"Crow it's time we head back to the village and report the mission details to Lord 7th" said my partner wearing a bear mask
"Understood" I said bluntly as the two of us started leaping through the trees in the shadows of the night with only the moon and stars giving us light
'That mission ended a lot sooner than expected so Sarada won't be too upset when I return...perhaps I could help her learn a new jutsu' I couldn't help but think as I suddenly sensed something as a black full body mirror appeared before me
As I felt my eyes widen as some invisible force was controlling my body as I was absorbed in the reflection of the mirror as my entire body was enveloped by an overwhelming sea of darkness
As my mind started to get fuzzy my head started feeling heavy as my entire body felt numb and weightless as I struggled to keep my eyes open
Then suddenly I landed on solid ground as I looked up to see the mirror from before as green flames appeared I it's reflextion
Ah... my dear beloved,
My noble and beautiful flower of evil,
You are the fairest in the land,
As I took a step forward towards the mirror as I heard that deal unfamiliar voice asI listened continuously taking slow steps towards as if I was in a daze
Mirror, Mirror on the wall,
who is the most...?
As couldn't make out the last part of that sentence as I tried my best to figure out who voice this is then suddenly I saw a black horse in my vision pulling along a black carriage into gates of a massive palace like building
Guided by the Mirror of Darkness,
Follow thy heart's desire
and take the hand of the one reflected in the mirror
Suddenly the fire within the mirror was flickering rapidly as it disappeared pale hand emerged within the reflection towards me asI reached out and grabbed ahold of the hand as whoever it was pulled me within the mirror once again
Flames that incinerate even the stars,
Ice that imprisons even time,
The great tree that engulfs even the skies,
Fear not the power of darkness,
Now ——demonstrate thy power
Suddenly my eyes felt like they were burning as my chakra was suddenly out of control
For me, for them, for you
We are running out of time
No matter what,
Never let go of that hand
'I'm sorry Sarada I'm gonna be late...Father please watch over me wherever I end up...' was the last thought I had before I fully lost consciousness
