Ch.1

After leaving the world of entertainment, Itadori came to appreciate the normalcy of his life and the privacy that came along with it.

He was able to open up his own cafe without any worry of his privacy being invaded like it did before.

This was only possible due to Sukuna's overwhelming fame that overshadowed his former existence in the industry and turned him into a lost memory.

However at times he couldn't help but wonder what his life would have be like if he was still in the industry

"Hey Yuji!"

The familiar tone of voice laced with annoyance pulled Itadori out of his train of thoughts. He looked up to find Sukuna standing there at the counter staring at him

"Oh, hey. How long have you been there? I didn't hear you coming in"

"How could you hear me when you were lost in your thoughts?" Sukuna sarcastically replied "I've been here for like five minutes now"

"Really..." he mumbled as he trailed off, his eyes wondered to the clock on the wall behind Sukuna "you never come here during this time"

"I have something to discuss with you...privately"

Taking note of the urgency in his tone of voice, Itadori nodded in acknowledgement before turning to one of his stuff. "Hey can you take over for me for a bit?"

"Yes"

With that Itadori placed down the tube of icing he was holding then signaled for Sukuna to follow him into the back room.

Locking the door behind him, Itadori turned to his brother who made himself comfortable 

"What did you want to talk about?" He questioned as he took a seat

Despite the asked question, Sukuna didn't reply. He began taping his finger on the table as he wondered how to break the news concerning his early visit to the cafe

After thinking for a bit, he let out a frustrated sigh "Can I smoke in here?" He asked

"No, you can't. I have minors working here" Itadori immediately replied, shaking his head

Stopping his finger tapping, Sukuna clicked his tongue before he looked Itadori straight in the eyes "I signed a contract to work with director Park on an upcoming tv show project" he paused and turned his attention to the bag he was holding

He seemed to be contemplating something for a bit before he decided on what he was going to do. He opened the bag and took out a script he received

"Jujitsu Kaisen. They are turning your favorite book series into a TV show" He stated as he placed down the script down in front of Itadori to see

Itadori immediately picked up the script and flipped through it "Seriously!? They are turning it into a TV show? That's so awesome" he mumbled as he excitedly scanned through the pages as he flipped through

"Yes but there's a little problem"

Hearing this, Itadori stopped and looked up at Sukuna "problem?"

Sukuna nodded "I got the roles of Katsumi Kai and Tatsuo Ouchi but...."

Catching on where this conversation was leading Itadori began shaking his head "No! No way,  I'm not doing it"

"Please. I'm double booked during the filming period so I can't spend all my time on the show. I can only play the role of Tatsuo Ouchi" Sukuna stated "And you know that Katsumi and Tatsuo should look alike since Katsumi's body is the host of Tatsuo"

"It's still a no Sukuna. You know I don't want anything to do with the entertainment industry, I'm better of staying away"

"I'm not telling you to comeback. I'm just asking you to take the role of Katsumi on this one tv show, that's it"

Itadori went quite not bothering Sukuna with a reply. He placed down the script down on the table and stood up "Sorry but I can't help you out with this one" he mumbled

"Yuji, please"

Ignoring Sukuna's plea, Itadori walked out the room and returned to his work leaving Sukuna alone in the backroom

"Ugh" Sukuna grumbled, throwing his head back. "It was worth a try, I guess" he mumbled as he let a out a sigh

He sat there for a couple minutes before he stood up from the chair. He grabbed the script and placed it back in his bag before he made way out the room

"I'm going now, sorry for bothering you" he said as he pulled up his mask and pulled down his cap, making sure no one recognized him

"Bye" Itadori simply said not bothering to turn towards Sukuna's direction. He just focused on the cake he was decorating

Two of his workers who were in the cafe with him passed each other questioning glances wondering what happened between the two to have their boss act cold, when he'd normally treat the mysterious guest with so much care and love

"Focus on your work you two" Itadori stated as he felt the burning gazed of his worker on his him

"Yes sir" the two said before turning to their respective work
