Age Regression: When a person of any age has the mindset, headspace, words, actions and etc of an age younger than their own. Some do this to cope with trauma, family issues, do it for fun, and/or other reasons. Age regressors are often called and known as a little.
Caregivers: When a person takes care of an age regressor. They often help cope with trauma, stop mental breakdowns, panic attacks, help with anxiety, and care for the little ones since they're usually too young to do such on their own.
