"Lee Geun, if you don't at least mention me to him then you are grounded for the rest of eternity."

George pulled a face as his father's threat came through the line, and he knew that he was being one thousand percent serious.

David Lee is possibly one of the biggest fans of Coldplay there is, and from the moment he found out that his son was going to be on a song with his favourite band, he had done nothing but harass his son's phone with begs and pleads for an autograph.

"Hmm. It's funny, I remember I used to beg you to take me to McDonalds on the way home and you said there's food at home... so, there's Coldplay at home. I'm sure your many CDs would suffice."

Of course, George was going to get his father something but he wanted to tease just a little for childhood payback.

"I will drive you to as many McDonald's as you want to make up for all the times that I said no! But please-please, my Georgie bear get me an autograph."

Ah so, David was playing dirty by whipping out the childhood nickname.

"Hmm. I'll see." George smirked. "Have a nice night now father dearest, love you so very much."

"George-"

Beep beep beep.

George pulled the phone away from his ear with an evil chuckle.

A few seconds later, his phone rang again but it wasn't his father.

"Hello?" George asked, completely in English.

"There he is! Our Georgie!" A Northern accent sounded through the phone. And George's face contorted into a grin.

"Granddad? What a surprise. What can I do for you?"

"What? Can an old geezer like me not miss my grandson? I wanna talk to ya."

George narrowed his eyes. "Really?"

"'Course. Now, tell me all about it, yeah?"

"All about what?"

"Freezeplay! The song thing- y'know what I mean. Tell me about it."

Immediately, George smiled and leaned against the wall outside of the studio. "They're called 'Coldplay', Granddad."

A grunt of confusion sounded from the other end of the line followed by a mumble which sounded like 'sure ya' daft father told me it was freezeplay.'

"Doesn't matter. Anyway, I 'er...i was wonderin' If you could get me a 'er...autoraft."

George couldn't control the amused chuckle that fell from his lips.

"How much did dad pay to ask me to get him an autograph, granddad?"

"Ey? Oh...nothin'. I want one for my-'er-"

"I'm hanging up granddad, i love you."

"Wai-"

George hung up the phone and shoved it into his back pocket.

"I really didn't mean to eavesdrop-"

George inhaled sharply and turned around, his eyes widening when he saw Chris Martin standing in front of him.

"- but your family sounds pretty desperate for an autograph."

Completely starstruck, George stared at him with wide eyes. Finally, he was able to move and nodded his head slowly.

"Dad has been a big fan of yours for a while, spend a week harassing me," George explained with a chuckle.

Chris Martin eyed him, lips curled up into an impressive smile.

"So, you're British?" He asked.

George nodded. "Yeah. I was born and raised there and then moved over here when I was young- my grandparents still live over there."

Chris gave an understanding nod. "You still have the accent though, it's quite thick too."

"Ah yeah, I speak to my close friend Lachlan a lot - he's British too, so the accent rubs off on me. I also catch up with my grandparents and watch British shows."

"Oh, we'll that makes sense." Chris smiled and then nodded towards the studio. "Shall we? I will get to writing that autograph for your dad once we're inside."

George pushed himself off of the wall and gestured for Chris to go in before him.

Inside the studio, the rest of the boys stood immediately to greet Chris just as the rest of Coldplay entered the room. George was even more starstruck, seeing all of them there.

"Pinch me now," He muttered, only to feel a sharp pain in his arm. "Ow!"

Hoseok stood next to him, staring innocently. "What? You said to pinch you."

"I didn't mean literally?"

Hoseok itched his chin. "Well next time make that more clear."

George wanted to argue, but he knew that probably wasn't a good first impression on Coldplay, so he kept his mouth shut.

"I am going to purposely mess up the next choreography," George mumbled under his breath, shooting daggers at J-Hope, but then felt bad. "Never mind, he's too sweet."

Letting out a breath, he fixed his hat just as he felt a tap on his shoulder.

"For your dad."

George took the signed picture and grinned.

"Thank you so much, he's going to be made up."

"I'm glad." George could only smile in return. "Let's do this, shall we?"

Let's get this recording done.
