Sierra Rooney was best friends with her eldest sister until she moved away and unintentionally forgot about her. Now she's back and must make things right between them
Sierra Rooney is the seventh member of the Rooney clan. Unlike her older siblings, she never really had anyone to hang with or be around. Liv and Maddie had each other, and Parker always followed Joey around, although her and Liv had a close bond.
When Liv leaves for that Hollywood lifestyle, Sierra and Maddie get closer.
Now that Liv's back, 9 year old SJ has some resentment towards the elder Rooney girl. (who had always been her favorite)
"What's Sierras deal? Did I do something wrong ?"
"I don't know, she seemed okay 10 minutes ago."
"Just give her a bit of time to adjust to you coming back."
