Hey!! Just a little note from me motivated by my depression and longing to kill myself-

You are worth so much! Always, no matter what, you mean the world to me, you mean the world to your family, friends. And don't you tell me you don't have friends. If you seriously feel like you dont have friends, I'll be your  friend. You can and will make a difference in this world, whether it be accomplishing something phenominal or saving the life of a butterfly, or just existing go be there for someone who needs you, you have a purpose, and you are fulfilling that purpose perfectly, no matter what anyone else might say. Also, don't hold yourself to high standards. You're only human, just like the rest of us. You deserve everything and more. You shouldnt hold yourself to higher standards because that is *bad for you*. Its not fair to you, and you don't deserve that. You lovely humans listen to me right now, youre perfect. Inside and out. You are a remarkable human being and if you are standing right here right now, you're stronger than you know. If you're going through something, or have gone through something, and you're still here right now, you are one of the strongest people in the world. It takes so much energy to keep mentally battling every day, but you can. And if you do or if you have, and you're here... you are incredible. You are valid. Your feelings are valid. You are wonderful, and you are perfect. Something I tell myself, my girlfriend, and my friend all the time is this, If you have ever self harmed and you have scars from that, those ARE NOT signs of your weakness. They are marks of strength. You can look back at them and remember YOU. LIVED. You made it! You made it through that dark time you were going through. And for that, just for that, you are incredibly, remarkably strong and incredible. I love you guys so, so much. Stay safe, stay strong, and stay gay buddies. 💜🏳️‍🌈💅
