PERTURBED was the nature of this kingdom of hubris—planting itself on the map of the continent as it rose above mortal comprehension of what it meant to be. How can it be there when it was not meant to be there? How could it not struggle when it was meant to struggle? No matter what was thrown, no matter what war was declared and subsequently ended, it stood strong amongst the age of falling kingdoms and dying Gods.
