𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚏𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚜𝚎𝚛 pt 1

You and Jerome got back to the mansion, "alright doll i need to go see theo and get ready. Tonight is gonna be big" jerome said, he kissed your head and got out the car and went inside the mansion. As you did too.

You saw Barbara "hey babs!" You said to her

You walked up to her

"Hi! Excited for tonight?" Barbara asked

"Not so much. But atleast ill be by jeromes side." You said

Barbara smiled

"Come on lets get you ready, youll be jeromes assistant and he'll be some magician" Barbara said and you both went to your room

A few hours later

"You are ready now hun'! You look beautiful." Barbara said

You was wearing white and pink, With a mask.

"So i do." You replied

You got up from your vanity.

"Hope you enjoy the performance babs! See you there!" You said and you left the room, walking down the stairs you saw jerome waiting at the bottom of the steps

He was wearing a fake beard and a tux, also a hat. With a mask covering his eyes.

"Dont you look gorgeous" jerome said with a grin

You kissed him on the lips

"As much as you look handsome with the beard. Kissing you with a beard is not so hot its actually very itchy" you giggled

"Ready to go?" Jerome asked

You nodded and you both exited the mansion. Jerome opened the door for you and you got in the passengers seat.

You got inside and Jerome got in.

"You are going to be a star tonight baby" you said and Jerome began to drive

"We both will." Jerome chuckled

It got dark real fast and you and jerome had to get rid of the real magician beforehand, then you both entered through the back of the building.

You both walked inside till you saw a lady holding a clipboard.

"Oh excuse me! I am the magician filling in. The other one had fallen sick it is quite a shame." Jerome said

"Oh why yes of course! Thank you for filling in at such short notice Mr...."
The lady trailed off

"-Rudolpho!" Jerome said

"Okay well ill let you know when you can come out! It will be said in a few minutes when you can come out." The lady said.

You walked up to jerome and adjusted his tie and hat.

"I feel weird about this ging'" you said

You put your hand on the side of his face

"I think something bad will happen to you.." You said

"How so?" Jerome asked looking down at you

You took your hand away shaking your head

"Just...womans intuition.."  You said

"Dont worry about it doll. Now, do you remember what to do?" Jerome asked

"Yes of course, babs reminded me" you said

You heard someone on the microphone so you both kept quiet to listen out

"Okay ill go through the back of the box you get on the stage" jerome said

You kissed him and walked on the stage and stood near the blue wooden box

You felt eyes on you, you smiled.

You looked at lee as she was giving a speech.

"-now for our magician! The great rudolpho!" Lee said

You opened the door, you gave a warm smile to see jerome. Jerome was making a bored gesture.

He stepped out the box "hah!" Jerome raised his arms

You closed the box and followed behind jerome.

"Greetings ladies and germs! I am the great Rudolpho" jerome faked his accent

You and him both did a curtsy.

"And this here is my lovely assistant, a beauty am i right?" Jerome said

You blew a kiss to the crowd as you heard whistling.

Jerome did a little magic trick and handed you a rose, you kept it in your hand.

Jerome did a few other small tricks and looked out to the crowd

"For my first act, ill require a volunteer. Let me see, duck duck duck" a few ducks later "goose" he pointed at Bruce wayne.
