Everything was okay.i was gonna spend time with my boyfriend Meliodas....till that fateful day when everything changed
It was back in 9thvgrade,in December,
it was the day before Christmas.i was visiting my boyfriend and saw that he and our friends look angry.when they looked at me,the only thing I could see was hatred and anger
I didn't know what was going on till my so-called BFF Diane,took out her phone and showed me a picture of me kissing Mael Archangel,a guy from our school
I couldn't believe what I saw.that picture was obviously fake but the looks on everyone's faces,they seem to believe that I really cheated on Meliodas
"What the heck is that?!" I gasped
"Don't act Elizabeth.you were clearly cheating on Captain!" Diane spat
"What?! I never cheated on him!" I exclaimed
I looked at Meliodas to see if he actually believed Diane and well...
the look on his face said everything.he really does think I cheated on him
"Where did you even get that?! That picture is obviously fake" I exclaimed
"I was there,Elizabeth.i saw you in the mall with Mael and saw you two kiss" Diane said
"I never kissed him! We ran into each other and he kissed me" I exclaimed,but they still wouldn't believe me
"He kept trying to kiss me and I pushed him away" I said as I started to see things get blurry
I knew tears were forming in my eyes and it was hard to hold them in
"How could you do this to Captain?" Ban asked in disbelief
"Elizabeth....I'm sorry but it's over between us" Meliodas said with a voice that made him sound broken
Hearing that made my heart break into a million pieces.i saw tears form in his eyes and he looked away from me
"Just get lost already Elizabeth!" Diane spat
"We don't want you here!" She snapped
I was a crying mess at this point.i stared at the ground with my bangs covering my eyes
"So....are you saying you wouldn't care if I....killed myself?" I asked as I felt my body start to shake
"Exactly!" Diane snapped
".....okay then.i'll be leaving now...." I said in a low voice
As soon as I ran out of Meliodas' place,I ran home in a crying mess.
Meliodas and I have been dating for 2 years and now I lost him forever
I can't believe they all believe Diane that I cheated on Meliodas.when I got home,I ran inside and upstairs to the balcony
I ignored Margaret and Veronica when I ran inside.that was gonna be the last time I see them before I give up my life
I put my hands on the railings and looked behind me and saw Margaret and Veronica standing there in the hallway,staring at me in horror
I gave them a final smile before I got on the railings and jumped off.
the last thing I heard before everything went black,was my sisters screaming my name
The only thing I could see was black and feel myself falling.it was peaceful and I liked it
It's better like this anyway.my friends were fake all along.they never did care about me.heck they won't even care if I'm gone
But I was wrong....
Even if I couldn't see anything,I could hear people talking, specifically my sisters and dad
"Elizabeth,if you can hear us,we just wanna say that Diane told us that you cheated on Meliodas but we know you didn't" Veronica said
"We were with you that day when we went to the mall.when we came out of the bathroom,we saw Mael approach you and kissed you.you pushed him away and we know you would never cheat on Meliodas' Margaret said
"Elizabeth,my sweet child,we're moving your body to a hospital in America and we'll also be moving there" dad said
Wait,what?
"I told the doctor to tell your friends and Meliodas that you died and you wouldn't believe the looks on their faces" Veronica said
"I'm gonna make a clone of your body so they can see you one last time and then Margaret is gonna use her magic to teleport us to Brooklyn.this will be payback for your friends thinking you cheated on Meliodas" Veronica explained
"The doctor said you're in a coma but we know that you will wake up the next day cause of your goddess powers" Margaret said
"Elizabeth,once we're in America,
we need to change our appearances and name" Dad said
"We can never come back here again" that was the last thing I heard before I saw a faint white light
The next day when I woke up,I saw my sisters and dad smiling at me.i say up and looked at myself and saw that I was fully healed and I still remember everything they said yesterday
"So Elizabeth Liones,or should I say Eliza Deity" Veronica said with a smirk on her face
"Are you ready to start your new life?" Margaret asked with a smile on her face
I smirked and nodded my head.this will be really interesting
And that's how it all started.i lost my boyfriend,faked my death and started a new life in America,Brooklyn with my family
I will come back to Britannia one day and I can't wait to see the looks on those bastards' faces the day I reveal myself to them
