Fate worked in miraculous ways— ways that were unknown to the mere human mind, something so incomprehensible that even the smartest of witches and wizards couldn't understand. Fate worked in a cryptic and enigmatic way, pairing up two unique yet so similar souls and putting them together. Fate balanced itself with death walking upon a tightrope— holding onto eachother till the very end. Nebulous stars circled themselves around the two forces, dictating and determining on their final outcome, death or life.

Margot Laurent was an enigmatic force, hazy and shadowy stars orbited around her blonde locks, worshipping her like a deity. They matched her every movement, her every touch, whether that was scribbling down untidy and messy notes in the Astronomy Tower, or her fingers gripped tightly against the pencil (she hated the quills) ; which painted the canvas hung proudly in her dormitory.

Regulus Black, (how convenient he was named after a star) was a riddle for Margot Laurent to work out. Inky and blackened stars revolved their way around the darker-haired boy, admiring and idolizing him. He was a challenging puzzle for Margot Laurent, and oh, how the blonde girl
