You take a look at the clock, 4:29, school ends in a minute, you choose to start packing your bag. 'Shit..', you mumble to yourself. The bell has rung. Once you finish packing you run outside and head towards your bus. Before stepping onto the bus you remember you had to meet your friend behind the bleachers. ' Just tell the bus driver you forgot your mom was picking you up today for a dentist appointment after school ' you say to yourself.
'Hey, i forgot that my mom was picking me up today, i uh have to go to a dentist appointment really fast'. The bus driver said, ' Okay, move along now there's people behind you.'You watch the bus pull out of the bus loop. Then it hits you, 'Fuck, i gotta go fast' You run as fast as you can until, BOOM. In a instant you wake up to see a nice, white hospital room. All tidy and shiny too. Nurses rush into the room from the left and right. Any word you hear is ' All your alright?' ' Omg!' You try to ask, ' What's going on?' But all that comes out is a little croak. One nurse speaks up and says, you were in a coma. Shot in the head. You think to yourself ' nobody goes into a coma for getting shot can you? but wait, should i be dead? getting shot in the head is instant death? A nurse speaks up. It was on Thursday. November fourth. So they weren't lying, there was going to be a school shooting. ' Did anyone else die?' ' Did he die?!' 'Who else got sho-'. Before you could say anything else another nurse speaks up saying  ' No, it was just you.' But why me? Why did this happen to only me? Did i do something wrong? Thoughts flood your head with many reasons why this could have happened, but none of them add up. The real question is, how did I.., survive? A normal human being would instantly die.
