2. Divorce

Naira and Naitik reach home. They see a tensed Naksh at the living room.
Naitik: What happened Naksh you seem to be disturbed

Naksh: What else will I be papa?
Naksh shows the divorce papers sent to Naira's name
Naksh: I never thought that Kartik will be such a fool..sorry Keerthi and Naira
Keerthi: Dont say sorry Naksh..but I dont think Kartik could have sent it
Naksh: Or else how will it have his sign
Naitik thinks of Swarna's behaviour with Naira
Naitik: Swarna ji could have manipulated him
Keerthi: Exactly. Kartik gussa zarur hai but he wont do any such thing
Naksh: Did you inform him Naira?
Naira nods in affirmation
Naksh: See Keerthi
Naira: Bhai Kartik never knew my arrival. Maa only
Naksh: He knows the address of Singhania house na. Cant he come?
Naitik: He would have come if he had known it
Rajshri: Haan chikku beta. Kartik's love should not be questioned like this
Naksh: Then this Nani? What about these papers?
Naira starts to cry
Naitik: Naira dont cry and stress yourself
Naira: If divorce will make Maa and Kartik happy Ill do it papa
Saying this Naira runs to her room. Her legs feel weak and she starts to tremble. Naira slumps near her door and cries bitterly

Kartik on the other hand is in his room. He takes a bottle of alcohol out and pours it out in a glass

.He then sits in the couch drinking it. His memories rush to Naira and his eyes are filled with tears

Naira slowly gets up and gets into the shower. She switches it on and cries put loud trying to cover up her tears in the shower water.
