You put your script under your pillow, you put on a relaxing subliminal and a start to meditate, you think to yourself "this is the night I can feel it, I will shift tonight and it's gonna be a great experience." You lay down in a comfortable position and start counting to 100, you start to visualize your DR and start to fall asleep, you wake up and see yourself on your bed in your desires reality, "OMG" you say to yourself, "I DID IT IVE SHIFTED!" This Moment feels so surreal and you hear footsteps and see your comfort character, they say "hi y/n!" and you say hi back, and then you complete your shifting adventures.
