New Orleans

𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚛𝚍 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗'𝚜 𝚙𝚘𝚟

Summer vacation was over so Reyna along with her brother Theo were packing their bags to leave New Orleans tommorow for Mystic Falls.

They were done packing by eight as both of them exited their rooms and went downstairs.

Both of them being hungry after all the packing went straight to kitchen only to see their dad cooking.
Theo and Reyna shared a look and then at their father and saw him look up from cooking and smiled at them and gestured for us to sit on the stools.

He made us pasta along with fries and some coke.

We all sat together and had dinner while we talking.

"So you both done packing?"Our dad asked as he took sip of his drink

"Yes"Reyna and Theo said in unsion but Reyna still continued to talk

"Everything is packed just a my painting materials are remaining but other than that everyting is done." She says and their dad nods but before he could say anything Theo starts laughing and we both look at him confused

"Don't forget your mystery man's paintings."He said in the middle of laughing.

"Theo!!!."Reyna shouted and glared at him but he didn't stop so Reyna turned to her."Dad." He nods at her and scolds Theo

"Theo, don't annoy your sister I doubt she will forget about that."He says and Theo starts laughing more and his dad joins him and Reyna only glares and both of them

"I hate you both."Reyna says to them and takes her plate and put in the basin

"You know you love us."Theo and her Dad says im unsion while start laughing and this time Reyna joins too and shakes her head at them

"Fine! I love you both."She tells them

After having dinner all three of them go to the living room talking mostly gossiping about their dad's side family

"And you know your uncle,davina's dad he was so cheesy every time he saw a beautiful girl he would say and I quote "𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒈𝒊𝒓𝒍𝒔 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒔𝒘𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒏 𝒎𝒆 𝒃𝒚 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎"and you know what the worst part was that they used to and I was like "𝒃𝒓𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒍𝒚"."He says and we both laugh and I ask him

"How's Davina dad? What is she like now fourteen fifteen?"Reyna asks her dad

"I think she's fourteen and I think they are preparing her for the Harvest."Their dad says and both Theo and Reyna are shocked

"What!!??"Both say in unsion and Theo speaks

"But she is way to young for this I mean don't they use 18 years old for this thing and why are they doing this in the first place and how is auntie claire letting them use davina?" Theo asks his dad

"I don't know how but that's all imformation I could get."He tells them and continues"This is the very reason I don't want you kids to stay in New Orleans. These witches they are held bent on using young children for power as their magic is pure due to being untapped but that dosen't mean that they should use it for their advantage."

"God this is so absurd I mean i get it they don't want to lose their powers but they would go this low sacrificing children for power seriously." Reyna says and both Theo and Jack nod
