Roselyn's POV

"There aren't any single rooms available except one" the receptionist said looking at Niklaus as he turned to me "Guess we have-" I cut him off before he could complete his sentence "Guess you and Stefan will be sharing a double room then" I said with a fake smile as I took the single room's key and rushed towards it,

It's the moment you live in,I made myself a cup of tea and sat on the comfortable bed as the road trip was hectic with reading the draft and thinking of an outcome for it,I took a sip of my tea when I heard a heartbeat approaching my room,I sat straight as the person knocked,I stood up and opened the door revealing a somewhat irritated Niklaus "Yes?" I asked leaning on the door frame "The man we are looking for will arrive here after a week so we'll be unfortunately staying here till then" he explained and the question of his irritated expression was answered.

I mentally facepalmed myself as I let him in my room and watched as he sat down on the single sofa across from the bed,I made my way to my previous spot and looked at him with a questioning look "What now?" I asked as he looked up from his lap "We'll be visiting a bar tonight,A deserving break" he said with his usual grin "I don't drink,Niklaus" I said as he nodded his head "I know but there's no other choice,Dear Roselyn" he answered getting up and leaving "Be ready at 8" he said before walking out for good,Merlin I hate it here.

It was currently 6 in the evening,My phone rang as I picked it up seeing the caller ID made me smile a bit wider,

"My troublemaker finally missed me"

"VERY" replied a chuckling Jovana from the other side,

"How is my Captain doing?"

"More than fine,What about you and the boys?"

"All of us miss you so damn much,Even your dear students ask us about your return"

"That's so very sweet of everyone,I miss my little ones too.Hang in there,Sweethearts."

"When will you returnnnnnn" Jovana said in a whining tone making me smile at the teen,

"Hopefully I'll be there next week" I replied not in a very sure tone,

"I'll tell her,Jeez you guys are very impatient" I heard Jovana playfully yell at the other side

"What is it that you want to tell me?"

"Cap,If you are free right now,Can we video call you?" Jo asked as i chuckled

"Absolutely,Let me get my laptop" I said and hung up as I sat near the window on the sofa for better light and opened my laptop,the door being right behind me,

A video call notification popped up as I accepted the call and all the faces I missed dearly popped up in a window,Times like these make me want to appreciate the technology nowadays,I smiled at Stiles,Mathew,Jovana and Liya's bright faces,"Roseyyyy" Mathew said smiling from ear to ear making my heart melt "Hello,Little One" I said greeting him "I miss you" he said sweetly "I miss you more,Love" I said and saw his smile getting wider if it were even possible,He was sitting in Liya' lap as Stiles sat on her left and Jovana on her right,

"Are we invisible?" Stiles asked Jovana acting offended making me roll my eyes at them playfully "No,You aren't and I miss you all,equally and dearly" I said as I watched their faces lit up "Are you alright,Miss Rose?" Asked Liya in a worried tone,I shook my head "I'm completely fine,Liya.You guys need not to worry" I replied as I observed their calming expressions "Tell me about Mystic Falls,Is everything calm?" I asked as all of them nodded "Everything is fine,Captain. Don't worry about us we are not planning on getting into any drama" Jovana said making me chuckle "You better not,Specially you Mieczyslaw" I said making Stiles frown "Wait....THAT'S Stiles' real name?" Jovana said bursting into laughter alongside Mathew and Liya as Stiles looked at me blushing beetroot red "Roseyyyy" he whined as I laughed alongside the others,
