Such is the power of the ancient tool used by man through ages to center his consciousness and gain the power of living a life of peace, fulfilment, love and joy.

Yes, is the first, middle and final word in the restoration of health at the physical, mental, emotional, 'pranic', and spiritual levels of consciousness. And consciousness is what determines the flavor of all our perceptions and experiences. There is nothing beyond it. We become what we are conscious of. The more the awareness, the deeper the consciousness, the more thoughts we invest into something, the more we become that by nature... the more secure and deep-rooted it's occurrence in life. Meditation revives consciousness at all the five levels known in yogic terms as Annamaya kosha, Manomaya kosha, Vignanamaya kosha, Pranamaya kosha and Anandamaya kosha.

Thus rejuvenated, all faculties, chakras and organs, the mind and the body can function at their best. This is the state of being wherein every thought, every step and every intention sends an energy signal to the universe to rearrange to make way and create space for the new desire to manifest. The clearer the vision, the faster the manifestation. The more constant the vision, the more intense the process of manifestation. The more love, care and attention one puts into it, the more beautiful the end result turns out to be.

The essential foundation is to be centered in oneself, one's body, mind, emotions, rejuvenate and keep the energies high always so the process of manifestation progresses with leaps and bounds.
