where it all began...

Elijah's POV

hi I am Elijah, I have a twin sister called Vanessa and we have been running from social services since we where 9. Because our parents died of course not because we done anything bad. I think? fun fact we have Derry northern Irish accents

(E) "Vanessa! are you excited we are 10 years old" I was happy because we where double digits (V)"I guess just. we cant live like this forever.." (E)"what do you mean??" (V) "running from social services I mean we are from Derry northern Ireland until we moved to England and now where in America," she was right but I will always deny it (E) "just remember its you and me! (V) "till the end..." we walked to the shopping centre or the mall people say here (E) " we cant even afford anything here but still nice to look at things" (V) " yeah imagine actually owning anything here you would have to be rich" (E) " oh aye " we heard a voice behind us (Lizzie) "uhm excuse me kids" (E) "oh hey" (L) " where are your parents?" (V) "six feet under the ground" (L) "oh I am sorry but don't you have a foster family?" (E) "about that.. we have been running from DCFS since we where around 9" a man came beside her (L) "oh I am Lizzie and this is my husband Robbie" we said hey to him (R) "are you guys Irish??" (E) " yes sir " the woman and man stood back and talked getting her phone out so me and Vanessa ran (R) " HEY! "they both came running  after us and grabbed us (V) " LET GO of us" (E) " get off! " (L) " you gonna stand still " we nodded so they let go.. (L) "you guys are gonna have to come with is okay?" (E) " we are okay " (R) "we are not asking we are telling you" I rolled my eyes and we got in the back seat of their car (V) " your gonna send us back.." (L) " back where? " (E)  " the home in Derry where they do stuff to us" (R) " what type of stuff do they do to you?" (E) "girls get forced to be undressed and do stuff plus laundry and dishes and boys are forced to do labour and also the girl workers would undress us and do some things.." I looked in the mirror and saw a tear come down Lizzie's face (V) " don't send us back please.." Robbie and Lizzie where whispering to each other until one of them spoke (L) "here is an idea... we adopt you" (E) " we are fine on our own " (R) " your 10 " (V) " fine" I rolled my eyes and tilted my head back .. can't believe we are doing this (R) " I will get the adoption letters printed so we can fill them out

we drove into the driveway of a modern half mansion half log cabin house (E) "wow" (L) " it's nice right" we nodded our heads and followed Lizzie and Robbie inside (V) "woah." Robbie led us to our rooms which where next door to each other down a long hallway

((Time skip to about two weeks later))

Robbie called our names so me and Vanessa went down stairs .. (E) " what's the crack?" (E) "you guys start middle school tomorrow- wait what does that mean" (E) "it means uhm what's up basically" (R) "lovely" we talked for about but around 10 we got sent to bed (E) "night ness" (V) "night Elijah" I got into my room getting changed into red and black pladed pants and threw my shirt into the laundry basket getting into bed ..

7 am the next morning

I woke up to my alarm clock going off (E) "oh my god shut up.." I got up getting changed into jeans, and a white t shirt.. (V) "you ready to go?" (E) "yeah." We both walked down stairs and got into the car (L) "you both ready to go" we nodded our heads while putting our seatbelts on (L) "lets go" she drove off to they middle school (E) "why is it called middle school it is primary school" (L) "how do you say all the schools in Ireland?" (V) pre school, primary school then secondary school where it is first year up" (L) "uhm okay? We are here now let me go over some things.. stand up for yourself if needed and have a good day" she said bye driveing off leavening is outside the school..

We walked inside to our classroom (T) "ah class we have 2 new students! Elijah and Vanessa" we said hi but everybody looked at us weirdly bc of it accent (T) "they are also Irish" he showed us our seats and started the class

I went to meet Vanessa outside the school (E) "cmon idiot" (V) "your such a dick" we got into the car with Lizzie in (L) "hello children" (E) "hello mother" (V) "hey" she drove us home keeping the conversation small (L) "and we are here" I walked off to my room and so did Vanessa...

5:30 pm.

It was just after dinner so I went to my sisters room (V) "what do you want" (E) " I'm going to a party can you cover me?" (V) " ugh fine" I said thanks and walked over to my window jumping out and sneaking to my friends car (J) "hey Elijah" (E) "hey Jackson" we drove to the party parking on the opposite side of the street.. (J) "ima get laid tonight" (E) "same bro" we walked in and I got a drink of cheap beer (?) "hey Elijah you know your accent is like so hot" (E) "I know" she grabbed my hand and led us to the corner of the kitchen as we started to make out for a solid half hour. (E) "here is my number, I'm gonna go home" (?) "bye ;)" (E) "yeah bye" I grabbed my beer bottle and went to Jackson.. (J) "bro somebody took pictures of u and that girl now it's all over social media" (E) "what" me and him ran to his car driving me home (E) "FUCK" I yelled (J) "calm down. We can find them tomorrow bro okay. Walk from here so you don't get caught" (E) "thanks but paparazzi gonna see that..." I got out and jumped the fence and snook to the gutter (E) "here goes nothing" I climbed the gutter climbing threw my window (E) "ow" I sipped my beer bottle walking to my sisters room (E) "I'm back" (V) "nice, your famous online now" (e) "yeah" I heard footsteps comeing up the stairs (E) "SHITT" (L) "who just said that!" I ran to my room throwing the bottle out the window (L) " I saw the post online! Your 15 making out with girls!"
